Joining Regen Melbourne as a partner.

Regen Melbourne is a network of individuals and organisations who are committing our skills, resources, time and dreams to help shift Melbourne towards a new economic model. As a partner this means bringing your organisation’s power (whatever that is for you) into a collective effort which is in service to Naarm Melbourne.

Okay, but what am I ACTUALLY signing up to?

Philosophically - you are signing up to the idea that Melbourne’s covid recovery can be filled with regenerative action, that we can change our measures of progress and live within our planetary limits while leaving no one behind. You are committing to asking, and beginning to answer: how can you and your organisation be in service to our city?

Practically - by joining Regen Melbourne you are bringing your expertise, organisation and influence, in service to our collective vision and mission. You are supporting your staff and partners to get involved in our projects, research and storytelling. Finally, you are embarking on an adventure with the network, where you will choose your own pathway and ways of contributing.

About the joining process

  1. We suggest having a read through the RM principles that were co-created in 2021, these are a starting point for how we want to be together and we’re looking forward to bringing these to life with you.

  2. Once you click ‘join us’ you’ll be asked a series of questions. These are to help us understand what you might want to get involved in, as well as help you understand different roles you might play in the ever growing network of activity.

  3. Once complete you get a reply email and someone in the Regen Melbourne team will set up a chat with you and anyone you choose from your organisation.

  4. We sit down with you and talk through Regen Melbourne and our shared ambitions, collectively setting out some pathways to navigate the network and get your organisation started.

  5. You’ll then be invited to a ‘partner induction’ - these are sessions where you meet other partners in the network, learn more about Regen Melbourne’s strategy and collectively create opportunities within the network.

  6. And then - magic happens!
